1. Refund window
You may request a full refund within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor, Art. 49) for products acquired outside a physical establishment.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@theconfidentman.co from the same email address used at checkout, including your order number. No specific justification is required within the 7-day window.
3. Refund processing
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business days to appear in your account.
4. After the refund window
After the 7-day period, refunds are no longer guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
